Crossroads Rv - Zinger Has smelled weird since purchase in 2014...Very unpleasant This problem needs to be addressed ASAP!
This is certainly NOT a good example of Crossroads Customer Service. Owners have expressed their problem of un-curable smell.
We have had the RV for 4 years. NOTHING helps take it away. Everyone that enters RV comments on how unpleasant the odor is. It filters into anything brought into the RV.
We have had to dispose of numerous items & food. There should be some plan in motion to compensate owners for the unpleasant experience. A recall would be a good remedy. We can't get anyone at Crossroads to pay attention & assess the problem.
It cannot be our imagination or something we are doing because there are numerous complaints for the exact same problem. Cross Roads should have more pride in their products. This will obviously effect the Cross Roads reputation & impact sales. RV enthusiasts talk to everyone everywhere they go.
It has to be caused by something used in the manufacturing of the RV's.
My next move is to approach the news networks. Please do something about this problem NOW!
